This commission piece was a joy to paint and took every ounce of energy for several days straight as the palette knife requires one to paint wet on wet. I am happy with the completed project. The criteria from the client was to make it unmistakeably Crystal Cove. The turquoise structure along with the Beachcomber Restaurant and the beautiful coastline all make this undeniably Historic Crystal Cove State Beach.
